this is a stupid way of fixing a problem

London: New followers current month, last updated 2013-04-30 (now 37,119 tweeters)

This list shows twitter accounts who have gained the most new followers since the end of the previous month, with a minimum of 100 new followers. In order to qualify users need to be active, which is defined as sending at least 1 tweet per week, while the last tweet should not be sent more than 30 days ago. An effort is made to avoid listing spam accounts and accounts that use tools to chase followers.
