@alandove ...yet many consumers are frustrated when they realize their yogurt was made "greek" with the thickener and not straining.

@alandove Excellent point. The yogurt one is tough though - milk protein concentrate (as thickener) is derived from milk, so natural (1/2)

@scienceofmom My husband had to FIGHT to let me hold my baby/breastfeed after my C-section. Even so had to wait ~30min-1hr
